Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link and tracking number from the carrier.

How to Track

  1. Check your inbox for an email titled "Your Rothmere order has shipped" (also check Spam or Promotions if not visible)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number into the carrier website
  3. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after the shipment confirmation

Shipping Timeline Reminder

  • Processing: 1-3 business days from order placement
  • Transit: 5-12 business days via standard ground
  • Total expected delivery: 6-15 business days

Can Not Find Your Tracking Email?

  • Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder
  • Verify the email address on your order confirmation
  • Allow up to 3 business days after order placement before contacting us

Tracking Shows Delivered But Package Not Received

Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they physically arrive, or are left with a neighbor or in a safe location. Please:

  1. Wait 24 hours — many "delivered" packages appear within a day
  2. Check with household members and neighbors
  3. Look for safe delivery locations (porch, mailroom, garage)
  4. If still missing after 48 hours, contact support@rothmere.co with your order number

Package Stuck in Transit

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and find a resolution — refund, replacement, or claim.
