Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link and tracking number from the carrier.
How to Track
- Check your inbox for an email titled "Your Rothmere order has shipped" (also check Spam or Promotions if not visible)
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number into the carrier website
- Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after the shipment confirmation
Shipping Timeline Reminder
- Processing: 1-3 business days from order placement
- Transit: 5-12 business days via standard ground
- Total expected delivery: 6-15 business days

Can Not Find Your Tracking Email?
- Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder
- Verify the email address on your order confirmation
- Allow up to 3 business days after order placement before contacting us
Tracking Shows Delivered But Package Not Received
Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they physically arrive, or are left with a neighbor or in a safe location. Please:
- Wait 24 hours — many "delivered" packages appear within a day
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Look for safe delivery locations (porch, mailroom, garage)
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact support@rothmere.co with your order number
Package Stuck in Transit
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and find a resolution — refund, replacement, or claim.
