Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all orders placed at rothmere.co, operated by Jordan Global LLC ("Rothmere", "we", "us", "our").

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Original tags and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Return Procedure

  1. Email support@rothmere.co with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping address
  3. Do not ship returns without an RMA — items returned without authorization will not be processed
  4. Ship the item with tracking and insurance (recommended)

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee for items returned in original condition. Items returned in damaged condition or missing packaging may incur a fee of up to 20% of the order value.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or customer modification
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards
