This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at rothmere.co, operated by Jordan Global LLC ("Rothmere", "we", "us", "our").

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day enter processing the same day; orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Order Transit Time

Once processed, orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partner and are delivered within 5-12 business days across the United States via standard ground shipping.

Total Delivery Time

Total expected delivery time is 6-15 business days from order placement (1-3 business days processing + 5-12 business days transit).

Order Cut-off Time

Cut-off time for same-day order processing is 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5), Monday through Friday.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders; the exact threshold is displayed at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the total expected delivery window, please contact us at support@rothmere.co with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
