This Payment Policy describes the payment methods, security, and pricing terms for orders placed at rothmere.co, operated by Jordan Global LLC.

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment provider:

- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your device)
- Other digital wallets supported by Shopify Payments
Currency
All prices on this site are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion if your card is denominated in another currency; any conversion fees are determined by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Card details are tokenized and handled exclusively by the payment provider.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time of order placement. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable U.S. state tax law.
Pricing Errors
We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details and billing address, or contact your card issuer. You may then place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method per our Return Policy.
