2. DO WE "SELL" OR "SHARE" YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, regardless of whether money changes hands.
We do NOT sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
We DO share certain personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Specifically, when you visit rothmere.co, we share the following identifiers with advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta) to deliver and measure relevant advertising:
• IP address
• Device identifiers
• Cookie identifiers
• Browsing activity on our site
• Inferred interests based on your activity
Under the CCPA/CPRA, this constitutes "sharing" and you have the right to opt out.

3. HOW TO OPT OUT
You have three ways to opt out:
(A) GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC) SIGNAL
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as an opt-out request and will not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To enable GPC, use a browser or extension that supports it (such as Brave, DuckDuckGo, or Privacy Badger).
(B) SUBMIT AN OPT-OUT REQUEST BY EMAIL
Email support@rothmere.co with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request." Include:
• Your full name
• The email address associated with any orders or account
• A statement requesting opt-out of sale/sharing
We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm by reply email.
